ENGAGE. EMPOWER. EMPLOY.

OUR STORY

Literacy Council WILCO is a nonprofit that began in 1985

at the Round Rock Public Library. Our founders were library volunteers who became aware of the need for adult education services in our community.

Our founders served 19 adults that first year in Round Rock. Today we serve 200 adults each year in Williamson County

and parts of Northern Travis County.
